What do I do if my product has a quality issue?

Sorry you received a product with a quality issue!  We take pride in the quality of our products.  Each product is handmade, so we know sometimes there can be issues. Please email a photo and a description of the issue to customercare@ssekodesigns.com.  We will send you a prepaid shipping label to have the item sent to our office so our designer can take a look and we can prevent the issue from happening again!  Then we'd be happy to send you a new product!
